Process

From first message to live system

  1. Discovery (free, 30 min)

    WhatsApp or video call. You tell me the problem, I ask questions to understand context, I go research if needed.

  2. Written proposal

    In 3–5 business days I send you: scope, deliverables, estimated date, investment, assumptions and exclusions. One page, no fine print.

  3. Kickoff

    You accept the proposal, we sign a simple contract, 40% deposit. Setup of dedicated communication channel (Slack or WhatsApp group).

  4. Build & weekly demos

    I execute the plan in weekly blocks with demo or progress report. Scope changes are negotiated; never done "quietly".

  5. Delivery + warranty

    Team training, documentation handover, passwords in vault. 30-day warranty for bugs not detected during the build.

  6. Ongoing support (optional)

    If you want to keep working together, we move to monthly retainer model. The vast majority of my clients today are recurring.

How much do you charge?
Depends on the model and scope. One-off consulting is around $80–120 USD/hour. Fixed projects are quoted after discovery — I do not give blind prices. Retainers start at $1,500 USD/month according to committed hours.
Do you work with clients outside Panama / USA?
For consulting, N8N automations, and Suite HUB development, yes — all remote. For physical infrastructure (cabling, CCTV) and drone operations, only Panama and the US (mainly Chicago metro).
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, no problem. I have my own bilingual template that I send before discovery if the project requires it. Mutual, bidirectional.
Do you subcontract?
For physical infrastructure (cabling, physical installations) yes, with my PROOQ S.A. team. For software, automation, and consulting, I execute directly. I never subcontract to unknown third parties without telling you.
What is your response time?
Initial message: <24 business hours. Discovery: within one business week. Proposal: 3–5 business days post-discovery. Retainer support: explicit SLA in contract based on severity.
Do you accept equity or revenue share?
Case by case, for pre-seed startups with clear vision. Minimum: 50% of value in cash + rest in equity/share, never 100% at risk. Let us talk in discovery.
