1. About the site
kennydiaz.net is the personal site of Kenny Díaz showcasing work, writings, and contact options. Content is informational and reflects the author's own opinions.
2. Content use
Blog posts and case studies are under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 — you may cite, share, and adapt as long as you credit me and do not use them commercially. Sample code is MIT unless the file states otherwise. Company logos (PROOQ, Suite HUB, AeroVision) are registered trademarks — their use is not allowed without authorization.
3. Suite HUB and commercial products
Suite HUB and PROOQ Digital products are subject to their own commercial terms documented at suitehub.net. This site only describes their existence and use case.
4. Limitation of liability
Content is provided "as is". If you make technical decisions based on what you read here, it is at your own discretion. I am not liable for damages arising from its use. For advisory with liability commitment, hire formal consulting by writing to me.
5. User conduct
When using the contact form or comments, you agree not to send spam, illegal or offensive content, or attempt to compromise the site's security. I reserve the right to block access in case of misuse.
6. Professional services
Any service you contract (consulting, drones, installations, development) is governed by the specific quote and contract we agree separately. This site does not constitute a binding offer.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Panama City, without prejudice to consumer rights in other jurisdictions when applicable.
