Privacy policy
How I handle the information I receive through this site. Brief, no unnecessary legal jargon.
1. Who I am
I am Kenny Díaz, a systems engineer based in Panama City. This site (kennydiaz.net) is personal and professional. I am the data controller. For any privacy inquiry: kenny@prooq.com.
2. What data I collect
This site has no forms or user accounts. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I receive whatever data you choose to send (name, contact details and message). If you use the virtual assistant, the messages in that conversation are stored. Like any web server, the hosting logs basic technical data (IP address, browser, date and page visited) for security. I do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools: your browser only stores your light or dark theme preference and, if you use the assistant, your conversation ID so you can pick it up again.
3. What I use it for
Only to reply to your inquiry and keep a minimal internal record. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Virtual assistant conversations are processed on my n8n automation server (n8n.prooq.com), which sends your messages to external artificial intelligence providers (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) to generate the replies. Please do not share sensitive data such as passwords or financial information with the assistant.
4. How long I keep it
Contact messages are kept while we have an active conversation or business relationship. After that, I archive them. You may request full deletion at any time by writing to the email above.
5. Your rights
In compliance with Panama Law 81 on Personal Data Protection and EU GDPR principles, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, and port it. I attend any of these requests within 30 days.
6. External services
The site is hosted on Hostinger. The virtual assistant library is downloaded from jsDelivr, a public CDN that receives your IP address when serving it. The assistant and its automations run on my own infrastructure (n8n.prooq.com) and use external artificial intelligence providers (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) to write the replies; each provider processes the conversation text under its own policies. If you write to me via WhatsApp or email, those services are governed by their own providers' terms.
7. Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I change the date above. Material changes are notified by email to anyone who has contacted me in the last 12 months.
