Values I apply

Four non-negotiable principles

Deliver what I promise

Commitment is the most expensive currency. A word given is worth more than any well-drafted contract.

Do it right the first time

Expensive shortcuts: patches that pile up. I prefer investing time in design than cleaning technical debt later.

Think global, execute local

International standard is the bar. Execution adapts to the operational and cultural reality of the country.

Client as partner

I do not sell projects, I build long relationships. When a client grows, I grow with them.

Interests

What moves me outside of work

Travel and cultures

Every destination enters the toolbox. What I learn on a trip ends up showing in how I build.

Unmanned aviation

Professional drone operation since 2020. Flying is the cleanest way to capture perspective.

Visual storytelling

Film, series, photography. Visual storytelling is pure engineering: structure, rhythm, payoff. What I watch ends up sharpening how I build and communicate.

Outdoors

Stepping away from the desk resets everything. A long walk or a change of altitude beats any productivity app.

Learn in public

Each new certification validates what I know and opens the next. The latest: Crash Course on Python (Google/Coursera, 2025).

Work philosophy

" Technology should disappear behind the value it delivers. A good system is one the client does not notice: they only notice their business works better. I have spent over 30 years trying to do exactly that, in sectors as diverse as auto shops, sneaker laundries, restaurants, hotels, governments, and aerial operations. The constant: respect for the people who use the system. "

Culture and travel

Travel as investment

Every flight brings a different perspective on how useful technology gets built. Engineering is not universal, but people are — and nothing teaches that better than seeing them in their own context.
